When: Every Wednesday Night at 6pm. Please arrive 5 minutes early.
Where: B-Fit Gym 4-6 Glebe Street in Peregian Beach (opposite Ray & White Real Estate & Sea to Sky Massage in Peregian Square).
Price: $15.00 per class
Please Bring: A bottle of water and towel. Wear clothing that will be comfortable for stretching and please bring a towel. Yoga mats supplied.
The Peregian Beach Evening Yoga class is suitable for all fitness levels. However, if you have not practiced yoga please phone ahead to let me know that you planning to come along.
