Body wise yoga offer two Yoga classes in Buderim. The Yoga classes are held at the Pure Spirt Yoga studio which is located at 98 Burnett St Buderim.
There is a Introduction to Yoga on Monday Nights @ 6pm which is a perfect class for beginners or people that have not practiced yoga for a while.
A level 1 class is offered on Tuesday @ 6pm. The level 1 class is the evolution from the Introductory Classes .
Buderim Yoga Classes are $15.00 for a casual class and there are a range of passes available if you are interested in buying a 10 pack of classes. The studio supplies everything you need. Please wear loose comfortable clothing, bring a bottle of water & a small towel.
